Making the most of your time with us

Gift Certificate Policy
Certificates are not refundable and must be presented at the time of service. Lost certificates are not refundable and not replaceable.

When to arrive
Please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your appointment. Late arrivals may receive shortened treatment times (at the normal fee).

Booking and Cancellations
Please call to schedule your preferred appointment time and to discuss any special needs or questions that you may have. Our spa coordinators will help to accommodate your needs and make the most of your visit with us.

We do require credit card information to hold your appointment and ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice (48 hours for groups of 2 or more)  to cancel or reschedule your appointment. The appointment will be charged 50% of the cost of scheduled service if not cancelled within the designated time.

For your comfort

Spa decorum:
In order to preserve a relaxing and meditative atmosphere, we ask you to speak softly and please turn off all cellular phones and pagers. Hot tea and iced lemon water are available to you during your spa treatment. If a client is behaving inappropriately, the therapist is authorized to stop treatment.

Personal Property:
We are not responsible for loss or damage of any personal articles (including cars). Spa procedures: First-time guests are asked to fill out a confidential health and skincare profile. Please disclose any medical conditions and\or prescription drugs you are taking.
